Coffee Creek Water Resource Recovery Facility Administrative / Lab Building (CCWRRF) was the bronze winner for the 2019 Oklahoma American Public Works Association (APWA), Oklahoma Chapter, for Project of the Year. The category was ‘Structures $5 Million - $25 Million’ with Lambert Construction Company as the primary contractor and BBN Architects, Inc. as the architect. APWA’s awards program was established to recognize outstanding individuals, groups and chapters representing the best in the public works profession.
CCWRRF is a $10,250,000, 19,000 sf office administration building with three water testing laboratories, an employee breakroom, a state-of-art control center for the plant, employee training room and two conference rooms. Stephen Mitchell was the Project Manager with Marvin Goedecke and Shannon Gilchrist as the on-site Superintendents.
