In Stillwater, the family name Lambert and Construction are synonymous. Founded in Stillwater by Clarence Lambert in 1939 as a specialized tile contracting business, Lambert Construction Company (LCC) has grown to become one of the leading full-service commercial construction firms in Central Oklahoma.
For more than 80 years LCC has remained a family owned business. David Lambert, Clarence’s son, was president from 1975-2005. In June of 2005 Mark Lambert, Clarence’s grandson, took the reins. Mark’s son Stone joined the company in 2018 as a Project Engineer. Additionally, Mark’s dad Bill has been with the company for 47 years and currently works as a Project Superintendent and Warranty Manager.
The LCC “family” includes many others whose last name isn’t Lambert. Our 26 LCC employees have a combined 340 years as being part of the Lambert Team. Since our founding, everyone who has joined our team has been committed to our Mission Statement: Provide a Safe work environment, practice Integrity in all that we do, Support the communities in which we live through volunteer work and charitable contributions, give attention to detail in the pursuit of Quality and develop meaningful, long term Relationships.
LCC offers General Contracting, Pre-Construction, Construction Management and Design Build services. We also have a Small Projects Group to help clients with projects of any scope that require a fast turnaround. Our project markets include Educational, Industrial, Healthcare, Retail/Commercial and Institutional. Recently completed projects in these market sectors include Stillwater Medical Center Support Services (12th Street), Exchange Bank, Atherton Hotel, Stillwater Strong Memorial, Will Rogers and Highland Park Elementary Schools, OSU Men’s and Women’s basketball locker rooms at GIA, Cushing Middle School and Kingfisher Aquatic Center to name a few.

Did you know that LCC built racquetball courts at Elmendorf Air Force Base in Anchorage, Alaska and Portsmouth, New Hampshire both in 1981? All total, LCC has completed projects in 27 states.
The heart of Lambert Construction Company will always be in Stillwater, Oklahoma and as we look to the future, our objective is to hold true to our family culture and mission statement. This objective will include Quality Services at a Competitive Price.
